Day 1

Arrive in Dublin

Arrive in Dublin. If you'd like, we can arrange an airport transfer at additional cost to the hotel.

Relax and adjust to the timezone.

Take time to explore the vibrant surroundings, including traditional pubs, shops on Grafton Street, and historic Trinity College.

Day 3

Yoga, Writing, Exploring

Begin your day with an optional, rejuvenating morning yoga session led by Christi, followed by a delicious breakfast together.

We will take time for a hike to explore the grounds of the estate before lunch as a group.

Spend the afternoon engaging your creative side with our daily women's circle - writing, mindfulness, celtic journeys through intuition, followed by a sumptuous dinner of fresh, local ingredients at the estate.

In the evening, there will be an optional yoga session.

Day 5

Yoga, Writing, Choose An Adventure

Join Christi for relaxing morning yoga before a delicious breakfast.

Today, you can choose your own adventure with optional, additional activities such as canoeing, flying eagles, kayaking, massages, or exploring the local area.

After lunch, take part in our final writing session before dinner.

This evening, we have a special surprise for the group!

Day 2

Transfer to the Estate

Enjoy a delightful breakfast at the hotel before you embark on a scenic transfer with the group to County Sligo, the enchanting land of W.B. Yeats. There, you will spend the next four nights at a private, historic castle estate in the countryside hired exclusively for our group.

Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome afternoon tea, writing session, and dinner at the estate.

Day 4

Yoga, Writing

Start your day with optional gentle yoga, followed by a hearty breakfast with the group.

Enjoy free time for optional massages (at additional cost), reading, or taking a long walk before joining our daily women's circle.

For those interested in rhyme and meter, Anne Marie will hold a workshop.

After dinner, immerse yourself in the poetic history of the area, with an insightful talk by an expert on Irish poet W.B. Yeats.

What meals will be provided?

Yes! We provide delicious, nutritious meals made from locally sourced ingredients, accommodating various dietary needs. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements when you register.

What is "single occupancy" and what is "double occupancy?"

Single occupancy means you will be in a queen or king bed without a roommate.

Double occupancy means you will share your room at the hotel in Dublin and the estate with another person.

If you have a specific request for roommate, please indicate the name of that person on the registration form.

If I fill out the registration form, am I guaranteed a spot?

We will be taking registration on a space-available basis, based on the group packages requested and when people registered.

If you are awarded a spot, we will notify you via email and send you a login to a "retreat-attendees page" on the website. You will receive an invoice at that time.

If I'm awarded a spot, when is payment due?

50% of your total amount is due by December 7th.

The remaining 50% will be due by March 31st.

What are the cancellation terms?

We ask that once you've been offered a spot, you confirm or reject your attendance within one week of receiving that offer.

Once your spot is confirmed and your deposit has been paid, that deposit is refundable less a $100 cancellation fee up until December 10th, 2024.

Any cancellations after December 10th and before your remaining deposit is due will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

Any cancellations after the second deposit has been paid will result in the loss of all deposits paid.

Can I participate in both retreats?

Yes! We welcome participants who want to immerse themselves fully in both experiences. You may have some items that repeat between the two events, and the package price will remain the same. Just let us know in advance, and we can accommodate your needs.

What age should attend this retreat?

This retreat is designed for women of all ages. As long as you have a spirit of adventure and a desire for self-exploration, you are welcome to join us!

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga and hiking, a journal for writing, and any personal items that help you relax. Don’t forget your favorite book and a sense of adventure!

What if I'm not familiar with yoga?

No worries! Our yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you, so you can enjoy the practice at your own pace.
